Landcare research - Manaaki Whenua

The project involved replacing 2500 sqm of worn Butynol with a TPO membrane system, with minimal disruption to a sensitive live site operating in an environment regulated by the Ministry of Primary Industries.

We removed the old Butynol, fixed the existing surface where needed, repatched any areas that were too flat, applied primer where required, and installed the new TPO membrane. This approach results in a much longer-lasting finish than simply covering the old Butynol, and it comes with a 20-year weathertightness warranty.

This was a very successful project delivered on time and under budget. We also ensured minimal disruption, as required for this sensitive live site.
