Golden Mile motel & tavern upgrades
We worked on a long-term building upgrade programme alongside the Golden Mile motel & tavern. This allowed us to keep the assets up-to-date and in great condition in a cost-effective way.
CHALLENGES
The project involved replacing 2500 sqm of worn Butynol with a TPO membrane system, with minimal disruption to a sensitive live site operating in an environment regulated by the Ministry of Primary Industries.
OUR SOLUTION
We planned a 12-month programme with Golden Mile to deliver new external canopies, interior modifications, roof structure modification, and reroofing works, ensuring a global refresh of their facilities.
OUTCOMES
We have successfully delivered staged upgrades to these buildings, demonstrating our capability in delivering high-quality work for the commercial sector.
